Buying in Spain when you live in Brussels, Amsterdam or Stockholm means moving forward without landmarks. You don't know whether the asking price is right. You don't know whether the seller is serious, or whether the paperwork is in order. You don't speak the language of notaries and lawyers. You don't know where to start, or who to call. And you have heard enough stories to move carefully. Our job is to remove those uncertainties, one by one. We live here, we know the people involved, and we invest on this coast ourselves.

Understanding your objective
It all starts with a conversation. Second home, full-time relocation, rental yield, buy-and-resell, wealth investment: the right property is not the same depending on the objective. We take the time to understand what you are really looking for, your budget, your horizon and your constraints, before showing you anything.

A tailored selection
We build a selection of properties that genuinely match your criteria, including properties that are not published and circulate only between introduced agents. We also rule out what does not work, and tell you why.

Your discovery trip
We meet you on arrival at Málaga airport and organise two to three days on the ground. You visit the selected properties, but above all you discover the areas, the schools, the golf courses, the beaches, the real distances and the atmosphere of each zone. This is often when the project becomes clear, and sometimes when it changes direction entirely.

Financing
If you need a mortgage, we help you assemble your bank file and put you in touch with brokers who speak your language. You understand every document you sign.

Legal security
We introduce you to trusted lawyers who speak your language and check everything: title deed, charges, planning, possible debts, compliance of the declared surfaces. Then we come with you to the notary for the signing. You are never alone facing a document you do not understand.

Renovation, supervised remotely
If the property needs renovating, we select the companies, negotiate the quotes and follow the works for you. You receive a weekly report by WhatsApp, with photos and videos. You stay at home, we are your eyes on site. We are neither a builder nor a renovation company, and that is precisely what allows us to defend your interests with the trades.

Furnishing
Decoration, furniture, installation. We can point you to an interior architect, buy the furniture, install it, clear and clean the house. You arrive with your suitcase, everything is ready.

Letting and management
If your objective is rental, we produce the photos and videos, we can create a dedicated website for your property, and we handle full management. You enjoy your investment from a distance, without the day-to-day hassle.
